Disqus marking some submissions as spam

Hi there,

We’re having a problem with Disqus. We are asking participants in our Adopting Open textbooks workshop to post an introduction of themselves in Disqus here https://p2pu.org/en/courses/2675/content/5880/ We have had a participant (with both a Disqus and a P2Pu account) report that they have tried to post multiple times to the comment thread and have received a message from Discqus that their comment is spam. Is there anyway to moderate the Disqus comments and mark as the comment as fine and not spam?

Hey @clintlalonde - I saw the comments being marked as spam, no idea why? I approved the comments and white listed the person, future comments should show up now. Let me know if you are having any further trouble?

Hi,

I think I’m experiencing some of the same problem, as for some reason my comments in discussions disappear after a period of time and I am not sure how to fix this. This is happening in the Disqus forums, in the below two links:

I think my posts and comments are being marked as spam but I am not sure how to fix this.
