I know I have an account in the system as I’ve used P2PU before, but can’t reset my password via any of my email addresses. I would prefer anyway now to the option is available of using an OpenID login, of which I’ve tried a couple (Google, Wordpress) all of which generate the message: ‘unknown user’. I didn’t have that problem logging into this support forum with my Google ID luckily…
Can you please check if the password reset is working now? It may take a few minutes for the email to get through, but it shouldn’t be longer.
