As the lead teacher of a small alternative high school with only 10-12 students in grades 9-12, I get to figure that out…with my students of course. We’d like your insight. What should high school look like? These are our constraints: Time: Monday - Friday 8 am - 2 pm; Location: two adjoining large rooms on a community college campus; Courses: academic courses in English, Math, History, and Science; Assessment: submit quarterly and final number grades to sending high schools to fulfill requirements for a high school diploma-- that’s it. I’m the only teacher, so using self-paced and online courses are appealing. Please share your ideas!
