I find that Zoom (paid version) works well. Screen sharing worked for all participants except one who could hear the content, but could see only a black screen. We have searched and tried various solutions, but none of them has worked.
He is using a PC desktop running Windows 10 (as is another participant). I am using a Mac desktop with Safari and also tried Chrome.
Any suggestions?
I haven’t experienced this problem myself, but a few web searches indicated that it might be a problem with their computer’s graphics card or display drivers. It seems like there are a few solutions of varying complexities that might help.
Has your participant tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom?
