It’s a lot of questions, but definitely getting at some of the things we were curious about. They also poll learners about interest in certain domains for planning future courses.
Interesting. More quantitative than ours but yes clearly probing for good data on audience.
A pre-survey is a good idea; perhaps aspects of the Music MOOC survey would usefully be asked at start as well (if not already?)?
They are more probing into the demographics of their audience, which personally I think would be useful for us to do too - age, education level, employment type/status - all feed into conclusions on the tools we’re using, group dynamics, engagement, etc…
