As a participant, I recall Sebastien’s post-survey being a simple plus delta: what’s one thing that you liked and one thing that you’d like to change for next time.

Hi @ethel_dimapasok,
I have made a copy of the form here. As @grif mentioned, it’s a simple plus/delta form with two additional fields to gather interests for new learning circles. Responses were brief but informative. I hope this help!
