Here is a recently publication on adult education in Europe:

This document does a good job of clarifying some of the terms that we spoke about with regards to the adult learning white paper (especially formal vs. informal vs. nonformal education). And also, I think this is maybe good precedent for our work since it features people from different countries sharing their own perspectives.

It was created by the German Adult Education Association.
