I would recommend Facilitators to incorporate many Ice Breakers and group activities as much as they can when running this Course. Add Critical Thinking questions, stories and solutions during your sessions. Look for videos on YouTube to spice up your learning circle and at the end make your peers understand that it is not about the answers, its about asking themselves many questions as they can - having that open mind.
