I am a PhD researcher @ Delft University of Technology (NL). Before joining the university, I designed social online platforms and was a consultant at Dutch Coast, a software company focused on improving collaboration and communication in groups.

My current research focuses on the use of web technologies to engage learners into learning and open education. My research interests include online reputation and peer2peer assessment to support the exchange and creation of knowledge in learning communities, improve relevancy of recommendations, and sustain self-organization. Another research interest concerns social mechanisms and incentives in online communities.
